Benefits Calculator
What are you entitled to?

Our Benefits Calculator can help you find out what benefits you could be owed. It’s free to use and the details you provide are kept anonymous.

Slide 1
How does it work?

Our online calculator works out which benefits and financial support you are entitled to. You can use it for yourself or for someone you are the carer for.

The calculator uses information about your income, savings, pension and existing benefits. If you have a partner, you will need information about their financial situation. Once you provide the information, the calculator will check what you can claim. It includes financial advice for people affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).

The calculator is free to use and your information will be anonymous. It should take about 10 minutes to complete. If you run out of time, or need to take a break, you can save your calculation and come back to it later. You can pick up right where you left off.

Please note that what you’re entitled to depends on your exact circumstances. Make sure the info you put in is correct, and do any further research by calling the relevant Government office

What benefits does it check?

The calculator checks all the benefits you may be able to apply for. The law recognises cancer as a disability (UK and NI). You may be able to claim disability benefits. The calculator will show the benefits and financial support you are eligible for, such as:

– Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
– Council Tax Support
– Universal Credit
– Housing Benefit
– Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
– Attendance Allowance
– Carer’s Allowance
– Universal Credit
– Pension Credit
– Grants

This free tool was built for Fightback by benefits specialists Entitledto. Grab any info you’ve got on savings, income, pensions, and existing benefits – for you (and your partner) before you start.
– All details will be kept anonymous
– Most but not all benefits are covered
– We aim for accuracy, but see it as a ready reckoner, to see if you should investigate more with the relevant Government department.
